The founder and principal, Dr. Gerard F. “Jerry” Becker, is an experienced senior business leader who has spoken at industry and academic forums on the topic of positive and sustainable transformational change in organizations. He has been published in numerous business and academic peer reviewed journals, as well as co-authored a book entitled “Mastering a New Paradigm in Management Consulting—2nd Edition.”
Dr. Becker’s career has enabled him to facilitate positive transformational change in financial services, information technology, as well as manufacturing and supply chain applications. A systemic approach ensures a cooperative understanding of the current state, desired state and transformational change requirements for positive and sustained success.
